At Autel Robotics, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their high-performance drone equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the drone, accessories, and manuals in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Ship the Product
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the Autel Robotics service center address provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
